This Christmas, Cook School’s bringing you a recipe box in partnership with East London patisserie @meringuegirls to teach you how to make perfect mini snowy meringue ‘kisses’! Meringue may seem like a real technical challenge but we will teach you to master core patisserie skills such as how to whisk egg whites to form fluffy mountain like peaks and how to pipe like a pro using our little-hands-friendly compostable piping bags! These meringue kisses look amazing as part of a Christmas desserts spread and are perfect for popping into your mouth when you want something sweet!
We include biodegradable wrapping, ribbons and gift tags so that you can wrap them up to give to teachers, friends, families and neighbours too. Plus the box contains only ambient ingredients (including ambient liquid egg whites from Two Chicks!) meaning it’s totally safe to give as a gift and keep under the tree!
