Fresh pesto and fresh pasta made from scratch? It doesn’t get much fresher than this! This is Cook School’s take on the store-cupboard favourite of pesto pasta, except you can really taste the difference when you make your own fresh pasta and fresh pesto! Making your own pasta might sound daunting but we promise it’s easier than you think - and such fun too! This box teaches you how to make fresh pasta from scratch using premium 00 pasta flour and the eggs, along with a recipe for traditional Genovese pesto made with fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, Pecorino and olive oil. Pesto pasta never tasted this good! The recipes and skills taught in this box are great foundations to set you up for a lifetime of delicious home-cooked meals! Mastering the basics will give you the skills and confidence to progress to more advanced pasta shapes and get creative with different sauces and recipes!
