When you think of tortillas, you might think of floury Mexican wraps, but Spanish tortillas are a hearty dish in themselves. Seasoned onion and sliced potato are gently cooked until soft, then encased in egg. A slice of tortilla is ideal enjoyed hot or cold, eaten on a picnic or at home, for breakfast, lunch or dinner – but to make ours a hearty meal, we’re serving ours with simple patatas bravas (spicy potatoes) with a twist.
